To keep your personalised item looking its best, please follow these simple care tips:

• Wash inside out to protect the design.

• Cool wash only (max 30°C) — no hot cycles, please!

• Do not tumble dry – air dry flat or on a hanger.

• Do not bleach or dry clean.

• Iron inside out on a low heat setting (avoid direct contact with the print).

• Avoid fabric softeners if possible, as they can affect the print quality.

With a little care, your personalised piece will stay looking fresh and vibrant for longer!

Turnaround time is 7-10 Days. This is usually the maximum amount of time and will often be a lot quicker unless during busy periods. Which will be noted on social media as and when. If you need the item sooner there is an option to pay for next day delivery and possibly a fee to expedite creation.

Heavily dense embroidery projects cannot be rushed due to time and skill required - Please keep this in mind.
