By placing an order through this website or via direct message, you agree to the Terms & Conditions listed below.

These Terms may be updated at any time without notice.

Voucher Terms & Conditions

Paid Vouchers
Gift vouchers purchased through our website are valid for 28 days from the date of issue.
Purchased vouchers have a fixed value and cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or extended past the expiry date.


Giveaway & Complimentary Vouchers
Any non-purchased voucher, including giveaway vouchers, complimentary credits, promotional codes or gifted vouchers, must be redeemed within 14 days of issue unless stated otherwise.
These vouchers hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.


Exclusions
Vouchers cannot be used on:
• custom or personalised orders
• made-to-order items
• limited-run or seasonal drops
• sale or discounted items

General Terms
Only one voucher may be used per order.
Vouchers are only valid when redeemed directly through our website or by contacting us to place an order.
Expiry dates cannot be extended.

Withdrawal Clause (Non-Purchased Vouchers Only)
We reserve the right to withdraw or decline any giveaway, complimentary or promotional voucher at any time for operational or financial reasons.
This clause does not apply to vouchers purchased through our website.

Establishing Legal Boundaries

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
Once an order is placed, an order confirmation email will be sent.
Aurelia and Bros Clothing reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example: incorrect pricing, misuse of vouchers, abusive behaviour or fraudulent activity).

Personalised & Custom Items

All personalised, custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.
Please check all spelling, names and personalisation details carefully before confirming your order.
Aurelia and Bros Clothing is not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect details provided by the customer.

 

Product Images & Mock-ups

Colours may vary slightly depending on screen displays.
Lifestyle images and mock-ups are for illustration only; minor variations in colour, scale or placement may occur on final products.


Turnaround Times

Our current turnaround time is 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Delays may occur during busy periods such as November–December.
We always aim to meet stated timeframes, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed unless agreed in writing.


Shipping

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Once dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, strikes, weather, or courier issues.
If a parcel is lost, we will follow Royal Mail’s required waiting period before replacing or refunding an order.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address cannot be replaced or refunded.

Returns & Refunds

Personalised, custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless faulty.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days if unused, unworn and in original packaging.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Cancellations

Orders for personalised, custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Non-personalised orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not yet been dispatched.


Pricing

Prices may change at any time.
If a pricing error occurs, Aurelia and Bros Clothing reserves the right to cancel or amend the order before dispatch.


Liability

Aurelia and Bros Clothing is not responsible for:
• misuse of products
• allergic reactions
• delays caused by Royal Mail
• damage caused by not following the care instructions provided

Please follow all care guidelines to maintain product quality.

Privacy

Personal information is used only to process orders and contact customers when necessary.
We will never sell or share your details.
Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments/Stripe/PayPal. We do not store card details.
