Refunds


Please note that personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be returned, as each piece is made especially for you based on the details provided at the time of order. We kindly ask you to carefully check all personalisation information before completing your purchase to avoid any mistakes.

For non-personalised products, we do accept returns and offer refunds in accordance with UK consumer law. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund promptly. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect item is sent then please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item with photos and a description of the issue.

We will gladly arrange an exchange or replacement free of charge.

Please note that exchanges are only offered for faulty or damaged products and not for change of mind. This is especially in the case of personalised items.
