To keep your personalised item looking its best, please follow these simple care tips:

• Wash inside out to protect the design.

• Cool wash only (max 30°C) — no hot cycles, please!

• Do not tumble dry – air dry flat or on a hanger.

• Do not bleach or dry clean.

• Iron inside out on a low heat setting (avoid direct contact with the print).

• Avoid fabric softeners if possible, as they can affect the print quality.

With a little care, your personalised piece will stay looking fresh and vibrant for longer!

We currently ship UK-wide only via Royal Mail Tracked 48.Your order will be securely packaged and sent with full tracking for peace of mind.

• Delivery service: Royal Mail Tracked 48

• Delivery time: Usually 2–3 working days after dispatch

• Flat rate: £4.50 per order

• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods (such as holidays or sales), but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Please note that personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, so double-check all details entered in the personalisation box before placing your order.

For non-personalised items, our standard UK refund and exchange policy applies — you can return unused products within 14 days of receipt. These must be inn original packaging and unworn, by purchasing you agree to these terms and conditions.

Turnaround time is 7-10 Days. This is usually the maximum amount of time and will often be a lot quicker unless during busy periods. Which will be noted on social media as and when. If you need the item sooner there is an option to pay for next day delivery and possibly a fee to expedite creation.

Heavily dense embroidery projects cannot be rushed due to time and skill required - Please keep this in mind.
